Webstore

In case you order products in our webstore we process personal data such as your name, your address, payment, and bank details. We process this personal data in order to fulfill the order you placed. For fiscal reasons, we retain this personal data for a period of seven (7) years. 

In case you bought products in our webstore, we subscribe you to our newsletter without consent, provided that you are always able to unsubscribe.

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, and therefore your personal data is requested, we will only use this information to send you our newsletter by e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any given moment from the newsletter by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link provided in the

newsletter itself. As soon as you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will immediately delete your personal data relating to the newsletter. The basis on which we process the personal data is to be able to carry out your request to receive the newsletter. Furthermore, we process your data for statistical purposes. This way we can obtain general insights such as demographic insights. We also collect your personal data in order to build a profile. In the instance that you would like to, for example to ask us a question, contact us, sign-up for a specific program, you can make use of the contact and/or registration form provided on our website/apps. We only use the information provided by you through this form in order to answer your question/comment or to complete your registration. After answering your question, we will proceed to delete your data if the processing is no longer necessary. The basis on which we process personal data, in this case, is to be able to carry out your request for information, respond to your comment (s), and/or handling and processing your application.
